This initiative played a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement, leading to an average increase of 14% in click-through rates and a 10% improvement in conversions.• Web Popup Lite Notifications: Enhanced Tokopedia’s marketing reach by empowering growth marketers toset up popup campaigns targeted at users using Tokopedia’s mobile web. Generated an additional ˜43k averagedaily impressions from pop-ups on the homepage, achieving ˜12.8% click-through rate (CTR).• Improved campaign targeting by collaborating with Data Science: Improved our campaign targeting byfocusing on what users are interested in.
