My name is Mehrdad , I am from IRAN , "MEHR" in Persian means : kindness and benevolence !I am an architect, an artistic _technical ideologist in the field of construction kinds with over 15 years of experience in designing and supervising and contract management . I always try my best and put my heart in the projects. I always try to make a bridge between requirements, beliefs, tastes and ideals of my clients and my knowledge. I am an honest, hardworking, flexible and creative person with a positive attitude towards my career and my life . As an architect, I can bring a project from the preliminary stage of plan design to maturity level in a short period of time . when a project is under construction , I can also handle the design challenges ,that means I am able to provide solutions on site . I have skills at that point of the project which is the junction of studies to the creation of a practical idea and presenting a basic and at the same time complete picture of the project. In many tenders, in deadline , the proposed design has been approved in the first presentation. What leads to the success of most design ideas is due to the emotional energy and technical and artistic knowledge that I consider in combination with the requirements and tastes of the clients. The ambitious and compassionate spirit felt in the designs all come from my interests in gratitude, music, nature, art and sports, I always use these levers to help me create new things and polish my soul. I have worked in watercolor painting for 5 years and I have completed software courses related to architecture, I am using AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Lumion, Photoshop and architectural animation, more important than them is the ability to adapt to the background and design culture of any region or organization where I work. during last two years I have been working in oman for architecture projects and also advertising activities for dubai . I was able to show the design rotation from Iranian culture to Arab culture in projects too .I am interested in designing at different architectural styles and localizing them. My vision in my career is to be a member of a prestigious and well-known group at the world level to create inspiring, impressive, unique and lasting projects in the mind, projects that strengthen the adoring and ambitious minds of people, I really love working in this field ...
