The problem became worse when the project manager changed! means starting serious problems for the company! I remember in 2004 when we wanted to work with two project managers, there were so much disagreement over the software engineering methods that they couldn't work together, If the company wanted to work with both of them it would have had to run two projects in two separate ways, with the cost of maintaining them doubly in the future; on the other hand if the project manager later changed the project would face more problems. To resolve these issues I decided to take responsibility as a project manager, so I began to researching the successful management of software teams. After a lot of investigation I found desirable results; The Agile methodology was the exactly what we wanted and as well as the Scrum as its repetitive method. In the meantime we needed a lot of tools to manage the software team, such as source control, analysis and test tools. Since 2008 I have been working as a project manager in PARS DATA in addition to my CEO's position. Determine the methods and requirements for all production sectors from gathering requirements, analysis, designing, prototyping, database-designing, programming, testing and maintenance are under my own supervision, even in some cases especially in the DAL and BLL layers, I double check the code of the programmers line-by-line by myself. When I realized this, I decided to STOP SELLING PARSDESIGN FOREVER! although I knew it would hurt a lot of revenue.Then I began to make fundamental changes to the programming methods in the company and determine the principles of proper use of the database. I spent a lot of time researching and doing a lot of changes to the company's software development methods, and all the next generation of the PARSDATA products such as ParsPortal software was written with these new methods.
