Responsible for the daily operations of a busy learning center

Operating and managing the day to day operations of an indoor play area, delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include but not limited to inspecting the equipment, daily, meeting and greeting the guests, assisting customers with any and all issues, overseeing marketing, traditional and social media, handling accounts payable/receivable, ensuring operation is compliant under legal and insurance guidelines.

Overseeing the operations of a busy GI practice in midtown Manhattan. My duties include but are not restricted to ensuring overall patient satisfaction while enforcing policies to send out clean claims. My team prides itself for timely collections from insurances and patients. Having been in the industry for the past 15 years gives me valuable knowledge of insurances and an extensive insight into the operations of a multi specialty practice. Although Billing is my forte, managing a practice is a challenge.

Supervised and managed Front Desk and Exit Billing to ensure clean claim submission, in addition to managing the everyday operations of a busy GI practice, whenever needed.

Responsibilities included but were not limited to working Aged trial balances for Commercial and Medicare payors. Assisted patients with satisfying balances. I was tasked with tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.

My job was to reduce AR as the Billing Manager and I managed to do it while being project manager for implementing a new Practice Management system.
