Consultant level role recruiting for graduate programmes in the Entry Level Recruitment Team, Team Lead for Diversity initiatives and responsible for 6 Russell Group university relationships. Coordinator in the Infrastructure Campus team onsite at Morgan Stanley, worked on graduate, industrial placement and internships across Finance, Operations, HR and Risk Management within the EMEA region. Duties included:• Batching documents for screening and conversion processes, conversion reports, holding allocation meetings, issuing and sending contracts, being first point of call for student/intern and hiring manager queries• Organising and holding intern inductions, drafting schedules, liaising with clients, organizing presentations, handling all communications to students• Hosting assessment centres, conducting group exercises, leading ‘wash up’ sessions with assessors, communicating offers and rejections. • Using online systems to process applications (Taleo)• Creating work experience schedules, induction packs, offer packs, programme guides and managing intern evaluation processes• Organising networking events for interns and industrial placement students • Processing invoices, reimbursements, references and liaising with various teams in HR closely to manage the recruitment and onboarding processes. • Attending and booking campus events, speaking to students, promoting firm programmes and managing ‘Ones to Watch’ lists. • Dialing into and scheduling conference calls to update on team activity and liaising with the business units.

Marketing recent graduates of the University to potential employers through candidate-led marketing, and speculative BD. Developing long term, sustainable relationships with clients to meet their employment needs via the University of Greenwich graduates and “free to the employer” service. Attending and delivering presentations, seminars, careers fairs as necessary. Co-ordinating and promoting internships, vacation schemes, open days and work taster schemes on behalf of employers.
