Solutions Architect
Current• Develops technical solutions to a wide range of business problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.• Integrating WMS system with host systems (SAP, KNAPP, TMS etc), using multiple data transmission techniques (JMS queues, Connect Direct, Socket communication, Database Tables etc.)• Leading a team of 3-10 employees, for the multiple projects of a specific client• Coordinating with customer to maintain customer satisfaction. Meetings and conversations with customer regarding progress, issues faced and their resolutions.• Created and maintained POC, Functional and Technical Designs and worked with a team of internal and external Developers.• Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for issues and providing solutions through configuration or code change or correcting bad data.• Implement work plans and staffing model to ensure effective support.• Actively participated in the Daily stand-up meeting to discuss about everyday tasksand manage risks. Provide pro-active support to client’s issues.• Preparing effective Test plan and Estimation of development efforts.• Responsible for gathering requirements, Estimation, Planning, Analysis, Test Design, Test Execution, and Test closure activities.• Analyse and develop requirements for enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits user needs.
