• Over 25 years' experience in tunnel, shaft & gallery excavation in soft ground by excavator, road header, drum cutter &TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine)• Experience in Station excavation & tunnel support (using Russian method included pile & concrete rib and also cut & cover method & NATM(SEM) method)• Experience in supporting such as shoring system and retaining walls (including: shotcrete, wire mesh, lattice girder, soil nailing, fore poling, rock bolting, concrete pile, concrete rib & post tension strands)• Experience in drilling & grouting for contact grout, grout for installation of soil nailing , curtain grout & consolidation grout • Experience in: controlled rock blasting, trench-less technology, deep excavations, construction de-watering, slope stability and landslide, ground improvement, geotechnical instrumentation and construction management• Experience in monitoring: tunnel, subway station, power house cavern• Extensive ability in judgment resolving technical/engineering problems • Proven ability in management and communication skills to coordinate tasks assigned to a team• Strong ability in computer software use of Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office• Ability to lead and supervise in a variety of environmental conditions( Training course in TRCA) • Familiar with safety code and standard(completed building code in George Brown College ) • PGO License in process
