In charge of managing finances of the USC Helenes, an organization of over 100 women, and ensuring that enough money is being collected that is needed to run all components of the organization. Also in charge running fundraising efforts to generate money that will then be donated to various charities in the Los Angeles area.

• Conducted comprehensive research and intelligence gathering on 2 local boroughs; Luton and Bexley in order to fully prepare the Business Development Unit (BDU) for upcoming tender procurement processes that the team will be bidding for.• Developed professional Briefing documents that provide market research on the current competitors within the drug and alcohol sector. This has enabled the BDU to make informed decisions around what contracts to bid for.• Attended tender planning meetings with the BDU and Operations Managers to share information and plan for upcoming tender opportunities. • Supported a new project that Blenheim is currently working on to promote sensible drinking within licensed premises in Hackney. This included tasks such as:- Planning a branding workshop with colleagues to facilitate ideas for a new name and strapline for the project. In addition to writing up feedback from the event and distributing this to colleagues. - Organizing and attending monthly project planning meetings and taking notes.- Liaising with the partner organization Club Soda.- Carrying out research on pro bono support for marketing, legal and tech advice. - Using Google Drive to upload and update documents related to the project. • Gave verbal presentations and updates within weekly and monthly BDU team meetings on progress of key tasks.• Used online tender portals to download tender documents and liaise with Commissioners.• Used project management tools such as tender plans in excel spreadsheets to log research and reports collated.

Conducted online research to find 2,500 contacts of individuals and groups of individuals who fit the target demographic of knowledge seekers and knowledge providers on Konversai, a platform that enables real conversations with real people.

One of 36 out of over 700 candidates chosen to participate in Deloitte's Alternative Spring Break Program with Teach for America.

Tested newly developed software and used GitHub to report and track issues.

Tutored students in math in topics ranging from counting numbers to AP Calculus.

Learned to listen to the youth of Palo Alto to ascertain their needs using various events to engage them and communicated with City Council to relay these needs so that city policy would reflect attention to these needs.
