Responsibilities Include; Monitoring and Reviewing the Implementation of ERP Sage X3 in the Entity, involved in analysis and Designing as well as implementation of Process flows and documentation Control of the Entity. Working Capital Management of the Entity along-with Managing relationships withBanks, DFI’s & NBFC’s. Monthly Reporting & Statutory Reporting. Monthly Analytical Reporting at Corporate level as well As Brach Level with Variance analysis. Projection of yearly Forecasts and Budgets. Supervising the Overall Finance Function of the Factory including its costing, Monthly and Statutory Reporting.  Secretarial Compliances as per local laws prevailing in the Kingdom.

 Working Capital Management of the Entity along-with Managing relationships with Banks, DFI’s & NBFC’s. Reporting of Financials on monthly basis to the management. Preparation and Finalization of yearly Forecasts and Budgets. Conducted financial analysis of various projects to highlight areas of inconsistencies. Liaison with External auditors for statutory Financial Reporting Managing tax audits, Monthly Tax Compliance  Managing Corporate Compliance to SECP & other Regulators Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements Supervision of Administration & Human Resource department

Responsibilities Include; (Directly Reporting to CEO) To administer the internal audit activity. To develop a comprehensive, practical Audit programs of engagement coverage for the assigned location or operation. To obtain accomplishment of the program in accordance with acceptable engagement standards and stipulated schedules. To maintain effective working relations with executive and operating management. Provide technical assistance in Senior Management Decisions. Supervision of Cost audit & Financial Audit functions. Information system audit including the procurement of new ERP and their implementations. Design and Implementation of Internal controls in liaison with management Due diligence along-with Special Investigations Assigned by Management.

GMRIL is running the business of Fast Food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) of restaurants under the franchise agreement with Yum Restaurants International Limited in Pakistan, having 60 restaurants across the country. GMRIL is the Sister Concern Company of Cupola Group (A Subsidiary of Cupola Investments Limited).Responsibilities Include; Cash Management & Managing Suppliers Managing relationship with Banks, DFI’s & NBFCs’ Preparing, Reviewing and Reporting Accounts of Restaurants on monthly basis Preparation and Finalization of Food Cost along-with Landed Cost for Imports Assisting Manager in Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements. Filing of Monthly Tax Returns with respect to Sales Tax and Income Tax. Assisting the Management in preparation of yearly Budgets for Stores and Departments.

 Involved in assessing internal controls of the entity to asses the risk of fraudulent activities within the organization. Involved in design and implementation of internal controls of various entities under special assignment of COSO Framework Involved in the planning, review, execution of different statutory Audits. Involved in statutory audits under local regulations, International accounting/Financial reporting standards and International Standards on Auditing as applicable in Pakistan.
