Provide Technical support to the wimax clients who use the wimax devices (Mobilink Infinity) at home or offices for internet services. This Technical support which I provide includes.-Check Signals and connectivity of device with BTS site through different software's and troubleshoot problem accordingly. -LAN connectivity of device with Computer and also check Wi-Fi connectivity .-WAN connectivity issues and check proxy settings of Different browser .-Outlook Configuration and email sending and receiving issues .-Browsing issue like slow browsing and no browsing issue and check windows firewall and antivirus software -TCP/IP Settings of customer end computer and infinity device .-Check Hardware & configuration issues of Siemens and Zyxel device.

Provide Networking Support to the corporate and home clients that use this internet services and also trouble shoot the NOC Issues, and configuration the router and switches of Cisco, Linksys also Wi-Fi routers and access points which used in offices for wireless connectivity.

Installation of Motorola sets and HYT Equipments and provides services to Security companies.
