- Support Operations through identifying improvement opportunities.- innovate new ways of working, researching on- design techniques/processes and presenting them to the stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.- Support the development of PATs/DAs in the areas of technical and design skills by coaching & mentoring, planning & facilitating workshops and sharing feedback.- Conducting activities helping PATs/DAs to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Identify gaps in PAT’s/DA’s designing knowledge, skills or tool usage and find creative ways to help close the gaps.- Partner with other functions (Learning, OPEX) as needed to ensure the best possible support for PATs/DAs.- Create assessments for the PATs/DAs and monitor their performance by evaluating them. Publishes audit report on regular intervals and identify training needs to ensure team meets set benchmarks.

- Review/Modify designs from customers and produce a high-quality result useful for production ensuring customer satisfaction.- Proactively raise issues regarding systems, tools, performance, and processes.- Resolving escalations from customers or manufacturing facilities and sharing feedback with the Team Lead to avoid future challenges.
