I am a Chartered Accountant, MBA and accomplished entrepreneur with more than 30 years’ experience in finance, development, construction, design and project management. Having co-founded an award-winning interior design business 20 years ago, I have decided to explore new opportunities through my new venture, SPM Project Consultants.My diverse portfolio of expertise includes finance, operations, legal and HR. I have setup and developed a bespoke Interior Architecture practice and undertaken residential development and construction of over 10 developments, end to end from land acquisition to final sale, of luxury single family homes through to multi-unit apartment schemes. Most recently I established and lead a main contracting business for a £22M apartment scheme in North West London.My proven track record in leading and collaborating with stakeholders includes investors, clients, funders, legal advisers, suppliers and sub-contractors. I have built and managed an investment portfolio and am experienced in raising long term and development capital. In-depth experience in project and budget management, relationship management, risk mitigation, contract management with strong design / construction knowledge enable projects to run smoothly from concept to completion.
