• Responsible for Recruitment - Sourcing for TCS for Gujarat as location (Gandhinagar / Baroda )• Sourcing and screening the candidates and doing the initial round of evaluation and setting expectations.• Having knowledge of multiple domains and performing a vital role in recruitment process reference to respective domains.• A consistent performer having successful track record of making visible contribution to raise productivity with application of HR skills and competence in all the aspects of HR Operations.• Expertise in handling the projects for improving efficiency by using available resources and installing the suitable instruments as per the requirement.• Responsible for HR Interviews. • Responsible for Salary Negotiations, Salary fitment.• Responsible for competency evaluation as per the role hiring for various domain.

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies in order to source, screen, interview and recruit high quality candidates for positions in Information Systems. • Interacting with the hiring managers regarding their requirements & keeping them updated on the progress.• Handling a team of four recruiters and responsible for the giving them understanding about the various domain.• Handled diversified requirements reference to location , industries ,skills ,competency .• Vendor Management, understanding the requirement, preparing JDs, screening Cvs shared by vendors.• Responsible for releasing the offer letter to selected candidates and complete paper work for new hire, data entry and maintenance of applicant tracking system.• Ensuring, closing the positions in set SLA’S.• Arranging the technical interview for the candidates who have cleared the first round. Take the feedback from the Hiring Manager’s and arrange the interviews with the Group Manager for the final round interview and issue the offer letters.• Involved in End to End recruitment process. • Responsible for HR Interviews. • Responsible for Salary Negotiations, Salary fitment. • Regular meeting the Hiring Managers on the open requisition, to discuss the details about the requirements and obtain complete details to enable us to source accurate resumes for the requirement. • Sourcing and screening candidates from various recruiting sources Self-created databank, Job Portals, Employee Referrals, vendors and through own network of contacts. • Responsible to get a new clients for the organization .and Participating in increasing the range of Organization.
