Fund raising for such clients through various instruments like term loan, NCD, ECB, Securitsation etc.• Providing innovative business solutions that help build, scale, profitable and sustainable enterprises which enable underserved segments. • Looking after business development of new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.• Collate all the information from clients and do the credit appraisal process according to the lenders requirements and close deal from sourcing to placement.• Look after entire process of setting-up of AIF-II category fund to provide alternative funding solution to underserved clients who are unable to get funding from debt capital market.• Educate the underserved clients of various compliance process of regulatory authority and provide platform to raise funds through different set of investors

• Responsible for syndication of debt finance from banks or Financial institutions including preparation of IM, Financial Modelling & Appraisal with potential lenders and obtaining sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions and documentation• Analysing CMA data, Ratios and balance sheets of company and preparing information memorandum of company. Preparing financial model for the company.• Meeting and developing relations with merchant bankers, investment bankers, banks credit and treasuries. Regular Meeting with GMs, DGMs, AGMs, dealers, Trustees, Fund Managers, banks, fund houses, insurance companies.• Liasoning with credit rating companies for credit rating. Recommend companies to undergo rating and obtain best rating from the rating agencies.• Dealing in Non-SLR securities with mutual funds & insurance companies fund managers, bank treasuries according to the requirement. • Understand the fixed income portfolio of mutual funds and insurance companies and accordingly recommend the fixed income securities with best price in negotiation with other market participants.• Understanding & analyzing various macroeconomic factors & advising clients in taking their respective positions which include Banks, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies. Prepare of Daily Fixed Income Research reports as well as tracking key events.

• Looking after working capital requirement and fund raising activity through term loan and debt capital market product like CP, NCD and Market Linked Debenture.• Assess long term and short term financing and analysing the liquidity position. Looking after process of ALM report.• Monitoring daily cash flow and account balances. Ensuring that the business units get funds into the business account in time for every disbursement. Ensure no funds are lying idle & there is no overdraft in any bank accounts.• Monitor Entity wise availability of fund and ensuring efficient deployment of funds and maximize returns within the specified risk parameters. Authorize all inflows & outflows recorded in Mutual fund for sale / purchase of securities & receipt of corporate actions.• Estimation of monthly / quarterly funding requirement of the firm and tabling them to the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO).• Prepare reports on investment summaries in line with global reporting structure and economic appraisals forconsideration. • Track fixed income market on daily basis and analyze the market for the investment of funds for short or long term basis. Prepare report on fixed income market to know the market scenario and the volatility.• Extract and scrutinize analytical information from Bloomberg and prepare report for pricing the financial product of fixed income market. Track the financial instrument traded in the market like CP, CD, Corporate Bonds, and Treasury Bills etc.• Maintain relationship with rating agencies for the purpose of companies rating for India business and maintain global parental rating. Looking after the rating process and co-ordinating with credit rating agencies for the purpose of rating of various financial instruments traded in money market.• Maintain relationships with banks to manage foreign exchange transaction and interest rate exposure. Liaisoning with banks/FIs/MFs/Corporate for raising resources.
