I’m an automation engineer working as Sr. Project Engineer for Sage Automation Ind. I have experience of 5 years in automation and instrumentation. Worked on Process industries, Food and Beverages industries, Manufacturing Industries, Factory panel testing and FAT, Erection and commissioning of instruments. PLC based automation system installation and commissioning at site on various platforms such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens system, Delta, Wonderware (Aviva). Wide range of experience on Rockwell platform while working for Softcon Systems which is Rockwell Channel Partner and automation solutions. Sage Automation Ind is also Platinum Channel Partners of Rockwell Automation system. Experience on All types of Micro, Compact, Control and safety PLC Programming , SCADA screen development, HMI Development and communication. Third party device communication with different protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Prof-Net, Modbus (RTU/TCP). Worked as trainee engineer for MOJJ Engineering systems where worked on Distillation, Ethanol and dryer plants for instruments installation and commissioning. Also power panel and control panel testing and installation. Field motor testing and plant commissioning as per process. I had training experience on Honeywell DCS System Plant cruise by Experion C300 Series 8 IO, HC-900.
