I had learned a lot from this internship about business structure, budget, accounting, finance, marketing, employee management, warehouse management and customer relationship of pantaloons. I am really impressed with the "mission happiness" run by pantaloons for customer relationship. Also come to know and experienced about effective management and how to identify employe who work like they are working for their own company, who are passionate.
