Analysis the financial data (e.g. balance sheet, cash flow and profit statement) of the target company, to judge the current financial situation of the target, to assist clients in making investment decisions. 2. Compare with the listed companies in the same industry, figure out the financial vulnerabilities of the target enterprise, clarify the true profitability of the enterprise as much as possible, and make analysis the future development of the enterprise.3. Predict the profitability of the target company for client, and based on the forecast results, use DCF and relative valuation method (e.g. PE ratio, PB ratio) to valuation for the enterprise, calculate the IRR of the investment.4.
