Co-founder & CEO. Responsible of the planning, execution and closure of projects at INNOmuebles.com - Costa Rica's first online furniture store. We work along with suppliers all over the world: France, Denmark, USA, Brasil, Malaysia, China, and Taiwan. As marketing director, one of the main tasks is overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies by also leading the team that executes them. Tasks involve advertisement strategies, campaign and ads creation, content creation; website checkups and design (UX/UI); implementation of periodic improvements on our E-commerce platform. Also in charge of human resources management, payroll, quality assurance, after-sales service supervision, inventory management, supply chain control, and elaboration of monthly sales strategies alongside different teams in the company (sales, warehouse, factory).
