• Lead NPD/EPD projects within a cross functional team, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within scope/budget
• Collaborate with the category, sales and marketing team to develop product strategies and confirm R&D and manufacturing technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, while identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Establish collaborative and reciprocal relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Continually improve all product development processes involving marketing, regulatory, sales and supply chain departments.

• Management and creation of NPD project timelines
• Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team to strategise and execute client’s product brief and concepts
• Liaise with various supply channels to source suitable packaging components that meet client’s product brief and budget
• Provide technical support to clients and the Sales team
• Prepare formulation procedures and filling & packing procedures to reflect packing requirements as per client’s requirements (i.e sizing up shipper, assigning efficient pallet configuration)
• Consulting clients on regulatory affair requirements for therapeutics (e.g sunscreen) and cosmetic products

• Preparing Annual Product Quality Reviews (PQR) reports for all therapeutic products in accordance to the PIC/s scheme and Good Manufacturing Practises (GMP)
• Manage and lead customer complaint investigations - ensuring all complaint responses are prepared in a timely manner and to determine a root cause and corrective and preventative actions are implemented to prevent.
• Review, verify and approve various documents (e.g. Deviations, Change Controls, NPIs) in compliance with GMP standards.

• Supervising activities of approximately 6-8 front end staff, including monitoring staff performance
• Training and developing new and existing staff members to ensure excellent customer service
• Responsible for handling high volumes of money and balancing cash drawers at the beginning and at the end of shifts
• Managing customer refunds through adhering extensive knowledge of store return policies and Australian Consumer Laws
• Analysing and resolving customer feedback and requests
