- Established new software business opportunity with new business partner in Chinaand other Asia countries.- Maintain and expand market by offering new products to existing BEAR business partners.- Provide and improve post sales support experience to existing customers that based in Asia.- Assist in product marketing and providing necessary documentation (in different languages) to the client as per their requests.- Work closely with R&D team to provide benefits adding products to the Asia market.

- Plan and manage the new product launch, which include the analyzing of new product information, setting up the position of the produt and introducing and promoting the new product to sales channels.- Manage the product life-cycle, which include the monitoring the sales performance and profitability of the product and analyzing success factors and exploit further opportunities. - Market Research and Intelligence by monitoring competitive activities in the market and keeping up-to-date with developments in the market and industry.- Conduct various training for sales on products and solution.- Handle and work closely with suppliers, regional head quarter for product related matters, including marketing feedbacks , pricing supports and the logistics of the products.- Improve internal process through constant communication and discussion with various internal support team.

- Integrate, architect, plan, design, develop and deliver solutions based on the software SDK and API.- Provide SDK/API consultation and support to partners.- Provide post sales support for the customized application.- Communicate and work closely with partners from a broad spectrum of disciplines to develop the solution based on the market requirements.
