Welcome to my LinkedIn page!My Chinese name is 杨梅, and I was born in China, but I have lived and worked in the Netherlands for over 25 years.From a young age, I accompanied my parents on their noble mission to provide healthcare services to underserved rural communities. Living in various remote villages with my siblings, I witnessed firsthand the dedication of my parents as they cared deeply for their patients and provided support. These experiences ignited my early understanding of the profound impact that human connection has on healing and recovery, sparking my curiosity to explore the power of meaningful connections.For the past 25 years, I have facilitated intercultural cooperation between Europe and China, helping businesses understand each other's perspectives and establish strong partnerships. My journey of connecting people across continents has been enriching and continues to fuel my passion for building bridges between diverse cultures.After volunteering for many years to support Chinese families with teenagers in the Netherlands, I decided to fully focus on this work to reach more families and teens. This led me to create MEEEI, which stands for Make a Difference, Engage, Enable, Empower, Inspire.My mission with MEEEI is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of overseas Chinese families by engaging, enabling, empowering, and inspiring both parents and their teenagers. Through systemic work and family constellation facilitation, I help parents reconnect with their roots and discover their strengths, empowering them to navigate the unique challenges of cross-cultural parenting successfully.Please feel free to reach out and connect with me!
