My experience in project controls is in planning, progress reporting, and cost reporting. As a planner and scheduler, my duties are to consolidate and collate information from different sources, verify the data, and update the schedule. I am also responsible in monitoring the progress, maintaining the schedule, and publishing the schedule report to the stakeholders.As a progress and cost controller, I am responsible in monitoring both progress and cost status. I validate the data and subsequently highlight the key areas that require attentions. I am responsible in issuing reports on a weekly basis which include progress S curve report, cumulative progress report, earned hours report, cost report, and other reports as requested by management.
