Building blocks for metaverse:• As the first hire on the creative team, built a team of design, eng, branding and marketing across 2 offices (Shanghai, Nanjing); established partnerships with external stakeholders for creative and R&D projects.• Designed new tools for democratizing 3D content creation, including a photogrammetry-based 3D asset web platform, digital human & virtual production solutions for gaming, AR/VR, education, digital heritage, film and entertainment.• Led design and user research efforts to define digital experiences for growing target customers and enterprise markets; conducted positioning analyses, defined and implemented strategic messaging around products, branding, and VC pitches.Projects shipped: • PBRMAX, an online digital asset platform of high-resolution, physically-based 3D scans• Journey to the Moon II, the first science documentary using digital human and virtual production in China, produced with China Media Group• Black Myth: Wukong, 3D photogrammetry projects of Dazu Rock Carvings (UNESCO World Heritage Site), collaborated with Game Science and Dazu Rock Carving Research Institute
