• Assisting to coordinate arrival of patients at check in/checking out patients• Answer incoming calls with scheduling issues of new patient appointments utilizing Excel spread sheet and Apex Referral work queue• Managing referrals and prior authorizations for medication and procedures• Pre-screening of new patient referrals for appropriate clinical information completion• Work with current staff to develop and refine current process for new patients and checking out• Assists with back office clinical needs as clinic needs present and monitors patient flow in and out of clinic• Notifies patient of provider delays

• Answer all incoming calls and triage customers to the appropriate staffs• Familiarity with common Rheumatologic Medications as well as specific medication associated with Genentech, assisting with prior authorization process and coordinating services for patient assistance programs• Provide excellent customer services and introduce our program to callers • Work on project as a team to attribute with a new launch of workflow process• Train fellow new employee to be familiar with our daily tasks
