Primary responsibilities:- Security design and strategy- Implementation, tender, operation, maintenance, of all the municipality’s technical security solutions, including:o Alarmsystemso Access Control Systemso Firealarm Systemso Warning systemso Sprinkling systemso CCTV Systemso Lockso Mechanical security solutionso Panic systemso Firefighting equipment, first aid equipment, AED’s- Extensive documentation of technical security systems in relation to operation and maintenance, as well as placement of all technical equipment on floor plans and blueprints for easy verification and rapid action in critical situations.- Supervision and administration of control centers, external guarding service, internal guarding service- Development and maintenance of crisis management plans, business continuity plans, health and safety plans, risk management and insurance policy, etc., including operation of the municipality’s crisis management system and guarding reporting system.- Coordination between the municipality and police, fire department and the Danish Emergency Management Agency.- Advice, guidance and follow-up in relation to fire technical conditions, including implementation of new fire regulations under Danish building code BR18, preparation of operation and maintenance plans, documentation, and fire inspections.- Operational participation in the care of emergency phone service, handling of incidents, coordination with claims service and authorities in connection with incidents, as well as ongoing communication to management in crisis situations (24/7/365).- Financial management, budget and investment planning, goods receipt and invoice processing.
