Highlighted Achievements: - Concepted and managed numerous high profile events, including European movie premieres, international VIP appearances, international and EU state officials visitations- Played a major role in the management (event, marketing) of “100 years Meredes Benz” which was attended by over 800,000 visitors in three days- Increased Centre foot traffic by 35% within 12 months- Average event / campaign attendance of 40,000 visitorsKey responsibilities / tasks: - Managed budget responsibility for events and marketing in excess of $1,000,000 including budget planning, forecasting and monthly budget monitoring- Negotiated and managed all major third party events / promotions including BMW Mini launch, 100 years Mercedes Benz, NIVEA and numerous movie premieres- Managed all aspects of events at the Centre, including security, vendor and staff sourcing, briefing and on site management at the event(s) and in some instances working with national security, personal bodyguards- Responsibilty for all third line revenue planning and generation, KPI of $250,000 p.a.- Managed all aspects of financial accounting, including arrears management- Lease administration for existing and new retailers- Retail property operational management – from tendering to contract management, as well as day to day management of the assets retail floor
