Management and development of a road safety awareness and education NGO operating in mainland France: • Project development: assessment and definition of the NGO's needs in line with the association's goals, preparation of project proposals, budgets and schedules• Project management, monitoring and evaluation: mobilization of the head office and regional teams, research and management of service providers, facilitation of meetings and collaborative workshops, data collection, drafting of internal reports, reporting to donors• Execution and developing of the partnership strategy: prospecting for new partners and funding opportunities, promoting and building loyalty with the partner community, organizing professional events (partners' club), keeping abreast of fundraising trends and regulations• Support to the national network: support for project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, assistance with fundraising and the development of regional partnerships, provision of resources and guidelines for local teams• Communication: Coordination of internal and external communication for each project with the head office (web, social networks, newsletters, press releases, field video reports)• Administrative and financial follow-up: respect and update of budgets, follow-up of deadlines and contractual obligations (partnership agreements, communication, reporting), processing and archiving of invoices, calls for donations and contracts• Implementation of educational projects and awareness-raising initiatives: solidarity race, educational game, digital platform, actions in schools, etc.

International volunteering within AEC-Foyer Lataste, a Franco-Khmer international solidarity NGO specializing in child protection and development in the Banteay Meanchey province: • Support for the operational coordination of programs and training of the local team Ex: monitoring of children and adolescents in the center, development of the tutoring center, distribution of food, hygiene products and educational materials, visits to families • Educational activities and workshops: introduction to IT tools, raising awareness of environmental issues, garden maintenance, artistic activities (theater, painting, photography) and sports, English support course• Communication: creation of content and communication media (photos, videos, interviews), management of website, social networks and newsletters, translations • Fundraising: prospecting for partnerships, writing of grant applications and reports, recruiting and monitoring of donors, organization of a crowdfunding campaign. • Support for the management of volunteers
