• 每周与CEM（center education manager外教经理）开会就上一周学员的feedback（反馈意见）协商讨论解决办法，使中心的各种建设更加完善，促进学员满意度到忠诚度最后成为EF的倡导者。
• 负责中心学员的转校工作，通过邮件与对接院校往来学员的file，从file的check到approve再到close。
