- Participate in procurement process to manage suppliers' evaluation, communication during RFI/RFP/RFQ & Contracting process - Drive communication & negotiation with selected supplier to achieve alignment on Contract - Business requirement (user story) review & clarification with Product Owner - Work out solution design with Architect - Make detailed project plan (including budget, resource, risk management plan) - Drive internal approval process for project engaging with multiple stakeholders - Track project status/milestone to ensure delivery on quality on time within budget - Host weekly project status meeting and escalate issues/risks with management - Act on contingency plan/workaround/mitigation plan when required - Act on change control process if new requirement/changes arise during the project - Ensure delivery’s security (code scan, penetration test) partnering with Information Risk Manager - Drive approval & alignment to enable ‘agreement to go live’ - Support for APP Store submission & public launch of the APP - Drive approval & alignment to enable ‘agreement to Support & Operate’ - Transfer system management ownership to operation team - Finalize lessons learned
