半导体医疗产业基金： 围绕以新能源，半导体，医疗等领域，专注相关细分赛道的研究，挖掘产业上下游潜在投资机会。近半年成功完成2个项目投资落地。 走访调研大量相关潜在投资项目，实地了解潜在投资项目的发展经营情况，完成项目初步筛选及评估；甄选优质投资项目，推进立项工作 协同项目小组推动拟投资项目的具体执行，包括内部流程的组织及外部事物的协调； .对立项的项目组织开展尽职调查、法律分析、财务审计、资产评估，提出投资建议和揭示风险；并参与投资谈判、合同起草修订； 关注半导体，新能源产业项目，对拟投项目分析、筛选符合基金投资要求的新能源、新业态项目，设计投资开发模式，可行性分析及经济性评估 负责项目前期研判、尽职调查，投资测算、交易结构设计、投资价值判断、交易实施等相关工作，做出独立评估意见，向投决会提供项目投资建议。地产投资： 对上海区域高端商办，产业园等项目具有深刻理解，熟悉收并购，存量项目改造，股权收购全工作流程。参与股权交易架构设计，财务数据预测，意向书与合作协议草拟，交易谈判，项目交接等。 协助总裁组织集团的战略规划研究，完成潜在项目的初步考察以及项目在盈利方面的可行性分析。负责投资项目谈判，与政府，产业，资本合作伙伴和潜在客户的进行关系拓展，招商政策对接； 精通房地产项目评估测算与经济效益分析，根据投资整体规划和布局，负责开拓渠道接触并筛选有效房地产投资项目； 组织、设计、评估投资项目、投资方案；  协助专项基金进行项目投研，具有丰富的投资、资本运作及行业分析能力； 负责进行重大项目的投资谈判、签约等工作，以及项目的后续跟踪与管理； 负责各类高层管理例会、同时政府外部单位，金融合作机构、后续商务对接及跟进落实

Studying and deciding 50+ projects, successfully landing 2 projects in the public market, 1 agent construction project and 1 joint operation project, completing feasibility report, financial investment calculation, transaction structure design, business negotiation report and signing of core business terms.  According to the real estate market environment and industry trends, the government conducts thematic analysis to form industry insights supporting business decisions, conducts product iterative research, closely follows external information such as the macro environment, competitive landscape and business situation, mines commercialization opportunities and promotes project implementation  participate fully in the strategic track industry research, investment targets screening, business analysis, judgment, and in view of specific project execution financial analysis, executive interviews, profit forecast and valuation model is set up, overall design, research and development, marketing departments coordinated, familiar with real estate project cooperation development mode and running strategy;  ·Having structured thinking and analysis ability, can build business data prediction model efficiently, be sensitive to data, and be good at deriving business development dynamics and problems from data analysis

To assist the investment team in researching industries related to pan-entertainment, mobile Internet and big consumption, etc.Assisting in project negotiation, assisting in data collection of target companies and upstream and downstream industries;  Assist in preparing project approval and voting materials, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis and competitive product analysis; During my tenure, I negotiated more than 50 projects and accumulated good common sense for related industries
