- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Negotiate with clients and other agents to achieve favorable terms and conditions for property transactions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about real estate trends, pricing, and demand.
- Covert 50% of leads to potentially sell or buy real estate.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc)
