- Assisting the company’s clients in searching for any candidate profiles matching jobs' requirementsfrom online data sources and supporting them in building their internal data banks.- Understanding client requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different positions.- Searching & Short-listing the candidates as per client’s requirements via job-boards, social networkingsites.- Screening and short-listing CV’s based on the remit provided.- Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission.- Submitting a complete profile to clients within a given time.- Getting new updates or tips from seniors or higher positions regarding tough requirements.- Mentoring more than 10 people in integrating, familiarizing themselves with their work, giving theminformation and instruction them during the working process.- Doing some project tasks such as: doing career market research, building customer databases, etc.- Support Senior Talent Sourcing (Team Leader) to train new members, QC projects and report progress to team leader- Experience in sourcing passive and active technical and non-technical candidates in various industries including: Software, IT, Engineering, Retail, Biotech, Marketing...- Using advanced social media such as LinkedIn, Google, Github, Facebook...
