CurrentGal-El is a registered partnership owned by Elta and Rafael. The company uses advanced technologies to develop and manufacture miniature electronic components for the semiconductor world.• Overall management of the human capital in the organization (approx. 100 employees).• Direct management of the HR Admin– human resources coordinator.• Initiation and management of an employee evaluation program. • Working with managers at all levels on complex managerial and leadership issues (hard conversations, hearings, etc.).• Employee development and creating a strategic retention plan in accordance with company needs, with emphasis on core professions.• Management and application of the employee experience arena, including interaction with the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding stages. • Building an orderly onboarding process based on milestones for integration into the company.• Managing aspects of the individual: dealing with unusual absences, crises – employee-superior, personal and family problems, one-on-one with employees/managers, and vulnerabilities.• Building and applying the development, training and welfare plan on a budget of 1M shekels per year, including allocation of incentives according to targets.• E-learnings implementations.
