• Responsible for the Business Process Modeling including improvement in the Process's Management Methodology. These projects are based on the PMO and Portfolio's activities which methodology is supported by PMI. The.
• Criação do Escritório Corporativo de Processos e Projetos;
• Apoiar às atividades referentes ao portfólio do escritório corporativo de processos;
• Gerar melhorias de processos, por meio da modelagem, focando na gestão contábil e financeira;
• Otimizar os processos relacionados às áreas: financeira e contábil;
• Treinar os envolvidos quanto aos processos de modelagem criados e revisados;

• Responsible for managing areas like: administrative office, supply chain and contracts, Information Technology, legal department and human resources.
• Coordination and development of all the internal procedures in Datasul´s (Totvs) ERP.
• Coordination of the ERP´s project system to Brazil Supply S.A.´s group in areas like: supply chain, financial, human resources, budget, cash flow and contracts.
• Project management for the development of Brasil Supply´s warehouse management and maintenance softwares.
• Responsible for 3 administrative units in Macaé (RJ), Vitória (ES) e Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
• Project management for HSE standards and certifications requirements for ISO 9001 and OHSA 18001 in the company.

• Coordination of “EB´s Project” – it relates the database´s analysis about the crew, the carried load and fuel. Daily performance reports for the executive managers.
• Coordination of “Code-Share FedEx´s Project” – responsible for the code-share operation between Variglog and FedEx;
• Coordination of “São Jose dos Campos Airport´s Project” – responsible for the analysis of Variglog main hub at Sao Jose dos Campos.
• Responsible for the communication between Variglog and Department of Civil Aviation: ANAC, DOT, ICAO;
• Market analysis and planning.
• Market-share and revenue-share analysis.

• Criation and coordination of the fare´s structure, defining pricing, rules of the ticket, how to distribute and optimize any sales point for the following markets: England, Ireland, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Belgium.
• Responsible for key account pricing negotiation like: Renault, Peugeot, ABN AMRO Bank, IBM, etc.
• Responsible for intercompany bilateral agreements: Air France, Lufhtansa, Tam, British, Tap, etc.
• Responsible for code-share´s agreement.
• Responsible for market-share, revenue share and others airlines policies, including fares.
• Responsible for the Brazilian Corporate Fares policies implementation..
