About José Luís Meirinhos
I received the Master degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), Portugal in 2010. I am Researcher at the Centre for Power and Energy Systems (CPES) of the INESC Technology and Science (INESC TEC) and the main area of scientific activity is related to Power and Energy Systems with main focus in integration of renewable energies in distribution grids, storage systems and smart grid deployment.My research interests include the optimization of power systems, reliability and decision-aid with application to renewable integration, electric vehicles deployment and smart grids.Other interests are all that is related with:- Decarbonize the Energy System;- Renewable Energy Systems;- Home efficiency and autonomous energy systems;- Internet of things.
