Develop and execute monthly content plans across all social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram) for @malveplusclinic, @pierrelle.id including schedule and post.Direct and excecute photoshoot products & shoot video.Responsibilty for creating and designing graphics and branding materials.Responsibilty for editing video.Collaborate with Brands for giveaway or any kind of collaboration once a month.Monitor social media for trends, opportunities and user interactions.

Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok).Do analysis & give suggestion in order to choose the right Influencers/KOL.Help to require KOL and ensure the ongoing KOL campaign runs smoothly.Manage the working agreement for each KOL.Maintain communication and relationships with each account to execute the campaign.

Maintain company's career social media Instagram (@crmcareer) to develop and implement employer branding plans and strategies and gained 500+ followers per a month.Develop and implements webinar series and collaborate with targeted university once a month.Collaborate with targeted universities for publish job ads and webinar series.Develop database candidates and gets 500 applicants per a month.Attend monthly meeting to present an employer branding analysis report to the entire team.
