Sembilan Matahari is a world renowned cross-disciplines creative studio based in Bandung. I started as a content generator for the company website and then work my way up to Social Media Manager. My responsibilities covered:- Develop and maintain a social media strategy to increase visibility and traffic across all services offered by Sembilan Matahari,- Define KPIs,- Identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns- Apply marketing research and development methods to learn and understand emerging trends and technologies and to communicate this knowledge clearly and concisely.Sembilan Matahari believes the best work comes from a collaboration process. Hence, all of the employees are being encourage to pursue their interests as well as practice cross discipline project experiments. Aside from my main tasks, I was involved in several projects as Scriptwriter, Translator (ENG - IDN, IDN - ENG), Content Creator, VO Talent, and Campaign Manager.

Online Based Program

I was contracted by the company through atap promotions to act as a program producer. I built a talk show program, aired through the company website and archived on youtube, hosted by two well-known musician Eben (Burgerkill) and Gebeg (Taring). My first contract was for one pilot season (12 episodes). It was real fun to work when there's involvement of your passion there, the team was great (the production is handled by Translusen) and the shooting took place at Chronic store (Bandung). Overall as my first experience this was not bad at all and I am looking forward for another opportunity. The program is cancelled at the end of the year. Radio PPI Dunia is a streaming service providing online radio shows operating worldwide under the Overseas Indonesian Student Association Alliances (OISAA). The radio operates 24/7 initially supported by Indonesian students in 9 countries. Today, it has successfully gained more attention - from both students and public - and being recognised as one of the biggest platform to reach Indonesian students abroad. I started out as one of the founders and then developed myself over the years and management reshuffle program into a broadcaster, program producer, and HRD manager. Responsibility: - To promote the radio to Indonesian overseas students,- To handle and establish cooperativeness between the radio, student organisation worldwide, and/or the third party,- Setting a standard for the recruitment process and filtering applicant both for crew and for broadcaster, - Producer for 'IndieNesia' program, and- Broadcaster for 'Kupas Musik' program once a week for two years.
