I lead the firm’s Climate Change and Sustainability efforts and direct the strategy, research, policies, and initiatives that drive innovation while delivering optimal sustainable outcomes. My work is centred around a cross-pollination of ESG and Biomimicry design innovation to cultivate a resilient, adaptable organisation and to foster a regenerative built environment that effectively addresses the most pressing and complex sustainability challenges. I am dedicated and passionate about environmental stewardship and leverage the built environment not only to tackle climate change, but also as a platform to educate and shape behaviour, create social value and economic opportunities, and preserve cultures and heritage.
