Led the Accelerator Program for the Puerto Rico Chapter to help local entrepreneurs whose annual revenue is over 250k but less than 1MM, exceed the 1MM threshold. The program follows the Scaling Up methodology. We graduated 4 accelerators in FY2022-23 and 2 in FY 2023-24.

At Fusionworks, Mr. Mejía is mostly responsible for business development and project delivery. He oversees the NetSuite, Business Intelligence and Performance Management practices. The Company has experienced tremendous growth over the last 17 years since its foundation in 2002. Oversaw the functional consulting practice, from business development to cash collections and profitability. Jorge led a team of over 30 consultants deliver ERP, HCM and CRM implementations across the Caribbean Region, from Puerto Rico to Trinidad and Tobago. He gartner the Consulting Partner of the Year and Team of the Year awards. This last one for two years in a row.

As business process manager at Celpage Jorge was responsible for the optimization of all business processes within the Company. At Celpage, Jorge's main contributions were; Develop a Budgeting and Planning solutions for the group, implemented a new Billing and Customer service software, upgraded the company's ERP and point of sales applications, completed a reengineering project let by Price Warehouse Coopers, and help raise more than 15 million dollars in capital.
