I joined the construction team of Fibrex as Civil Site Engineer to manage the company’s construction project of the Sheikh Khalifa Central Hospital at Fujairah, my duties include: • Lead successful negotiations with projects supervision consultant to approve cost- efficient work methodologies on site.• Liaise with cross functional engineering departments (Architectural, MEP, Quality Control and Logistics) to forecast potential operational clashes, construction risks and developed contingency plans to mitigate. • Contribute to the claims department technically and in the financial estimation of direct costs towards variation orders from clients.• Manage multi-skilled teams and subcontractors to complete all construction related activities in record time and budget. • Reduce non-conformance violations to secure timely payments from client representative and exceeded the management required KPI. • Minimize direct costs on site through intensive training programs of non-skilled labors to perform skilled tasks. • Manage and execute the municipality approval processes for the project.
