R1 is an IT company is a part of ER-Telecom holding, one of the TOP-2 largest internet providers and cable TV operators. Creating and developing three products: internet provider dom.ru, streaming services Movix and Smart home app.My responsibilities and achievements:• Built and mentored three teams of product designers to created visionary solutions to complex business problems.• Created and mapped new processes in teams where each one of the designers could be in different cities (4-5 locations).• Integrated one university flow for every team (design system, branching, templates, etc.).• Redesigned brand and product Movix for each platform (Android STB, Smart TV, iOS, Android, Web) as the author of the brand and art director.• Quickly restyled for brand dom.ru in-house and looked for new minds & principles (the step before a redesign) and also laid the foundations for the design system.• Launched to redesign all of products for every platforms. • Helped to create new brand with the design-studio and after it had integrated to the product. • Explored creative concepts and executed design vision in products with Art Directors and other designers.• Built a design culture within the company and push the capabilities of design.• Launched the portal for all of company, created tone of voice (values, rules, etc.).• Devised one of the concept super-app with unique form-factors.

Kinopoisk is a Russian online database of information related to films, TV-shows including cast, plot summaries, ratings, reviews, ticket selling and streaming services. The website has 93 million visits per month. My responsibilities and achievements: • My main goal was to merge the two design teams and set up an agile process. Established design methodologies, processes and rules for the design team. • Launched design demo for everyone in the company for creating transparent processes and workspace. • Rethought and launched absolute new mobile experience (native apps and mobile web view). • Launched the application for PlayStation. • Changed tone of voice in communication of products. • Researched and designed with the team a lot of improves and new approaches for products (ratings, searching, new formats for watching and, integration Yandex Music, Chromecast etc) • Devised a system of reasons for movies and tv-shows for easier choosing new movies or tv-shows. • Had hiring and team strengthening always.

Okko is one of the first online video streaming service in Russia that provides video content for movies, cartoons and tv-shows for various platforms including Smart TV, Android, Apple (MacOS, iOS) and Windows.My responsibilities and achievements:• Bootstrapped and encouraged the department of design: product design team, communication design team, motion design team and content design team.• Launched and improved services for all platforms (Smart TV, tvOS, PlayStation, iOS, Android, web) in close collaboration with products, analytics, developers and content teams.• Rethought and pushed a new business model of multi-subscriptions. Our customers could choose and switch between several subscriptions or bundles of subscriptions (the first model on the market).• Researched for improving business metrics, checked hypotheses and generated new ideas (for example, launched split-test with multi-armed bandit algorithm for testing new artworks).• Created new revolution UX: seamless payment within the first 10 minutes of watching, the new system of prices, sold bundles of movies etc.• Launched the new sports product with unique UX for the market (VOD-model for translation and extra shows), where teams spent on 3,5 months for designing, developing and testing. Wow!• Participated in UX testing products and brands.• Collaborated with the British agency for the new brand.
