Responsibilities of a backlog problem solver include proper usage of sideline app, fixing problem pallets coming from the stow MOD, binding and palletizing non conveyable products, sorting damaged items, hazmat, ISS, and Cubiscan. Contacting other department leads as needed. Multitasked effectively to utilize variety of tools and techniques to deliver superior and safe results under intense peak business conditions.

Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory- taking, reconciling cash registers, or in performing services for customers. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specific level. Assign employees to specific duties. Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves, displays and selling merchandise.
