I lead a team of HR Consultants to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation and deliver a high quality, proactive advisory service on a wide range of employee relations matters. I also lead on a number of strategic projects in line with our people vision including corporate wellbeing, a programme of HR Management Development Workshops, and utilising the rapidly expanding digital agenda in innovative ways in order to improve organisational reach.

I currently lead on well-being strategy and work with key stakeholders across the organisation to improve both employee engagement and our employer brand. I am passionate about utilising technology and innovation to drive change, so I have also welcomed the opportunity to lead on our digital e-learning and virtual training programme for managers, over the past two years. I regularly provide advice and guidance to Executive Directors and Directors at formal hearings, as well as managing a varied caseload of a range of complex employee relations matters.

Responsible for advising managers at all levels of the organisation on a wide range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, and capability, as well as restructuring and redundancies. I also provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders from customer organisations.
