The first point of contact for any customers entering the centre while working on thecounter for all customer enquiries and looking for opportunity for the sale of AA goods and service solutions.Processing driver licensing and vehicle related transactions with extremely high accuracy. Selling AA Membership and retail products and making referrals for other AA services. Offering Tourism advice and information to AA Members and making tourism bookings. Meeting individual sales targets and KPI’s and proactively helping to achieve team targets. Handling all customer requests and seeking effective solutions for customers.

Assisting the National IT sales team and local print management sales team to meet sales targets by providing an interface between customers, Account Managers and other teams within Ricoh NZ. Organisation of client and staff events.Providing Sales Support to the National IT Sales Team and the Dunedin print solutions Sales Team. Being the first point of contact for customers requesting sales information/support. Managing all national sales requests and sales opportunities. Preparing and reviewing proposals and presentations for customers. Attending monthly Key Account meetings. Provisioning of Customers service contracts. Proactively calling customers to follow up on sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of business. Preparing reports for customers. Sales forecasting to management as required. Managing customer contract renewals. Contributing to sales planning and development of ‘Sales best practice’. Developing and improving internal processes. Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Dunedin Branch Manager. Assisting the sales team with data collection, research and analysis. Coordinating sales staff including diary management. Supporting the sales teams efficient use of the CRM ensuring effective management and accuracy. Proactively organising, coordinating and attending client functions, technology shows and managing sponsorship agreements and opportunities. Providing back-up support to the Branch Administrator including logistics, data entry and machine installations.

Scheduling and coordination of technical staff and invoicing work. Keeping customers informed and responding to queries. Personal assistant to the Branch manager, maintaining jobbing system and coordinating staff leave and social events.Assigning customer jobs to the technical team, matching the skills required to maximise theefficiency of the resources available including diary management. Management of the workshop team and providing updates to customers as required. Receiving incoming phone calls, logging and scheduling jobs with customers. Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager, other management and technical staff. Regular communication with suppliers and procurement. Reviewing logging of timesheets and writing up jobs including generating invoices. Organisation of social events. Maintenance of company intranet and Jobtrak system. Maintaining company vehicles. Staff leave co-ordination. Backup support for Receptionist and Procurement Officer

Ensuring the smooth daily running of the technical service workshop and administration team and keeping customers informed throughout their engagement with SCL.
