I am accountable for the development and implementation of the growth strategies for Globals Wales. My focus centres around connecting audiences, people development, staff retention, product development, revenue growth via collaborative working practices. I create and implement change management strategies that lead to increased audiences and revenues that establish far reaching market place connected relationships. I've led and developed personal development training plans and managed europe's biggest revenue generating seminar selling programme. I contributed to, and played a pivotal role within the acquisition and merger team of Gcap media and Guardian Media / RSL, 2009 OFT and 2011 CMA. Most recently, I successfully led the rebranding of Capital NW&W and Heart SW, and gave evidence to the Welsh Government, outlining Globals position on the “future of radio deregulation consultation” process.
