As the Customer Service Executive and Coordinator I am responsible for the coordination of all administrative activities under support delivery. I work closely with the IT Manager, IT engineers, vendors and clients to provide outstanding customer service and to ensure all scheduling maximizes time and resource utilisation appropriately. I work with clients from all walks of life, from employees to CEO's. Prior to this role with CROFTi I was the project coordinator working within the Innovation Consulting team.

Outshine is a highly regarded business in James Street, Brisbane, which I managed for eighteen months. I was in charge of 4 staff & the day to day running of the clinic including EA support to the owner and performed treatments when required. I was the first point of contact for Outshine looking after all bookings, client queries, taking care of clients in clinic and sales of skincare and promoting new treatments. I coordinated staff rosters, looked after payroll and procurement of all stock for the clinic. I took care of my team and made sure they were happy.

Soul Essentials was a privately owned professional skin and body care clinic, of which I was the Director, Shareholder and an operational Beauty Therapist. I employed staff and I also rented space to a Hairdresser for 4 years & managed all admin for this as well as oversaw the day to day running of her businesses when she was not there. I reinvigorated Soul Essentials which then built a successful reputation for excellence, quality standards, and high-quality product offering, resulting in repeat business and growth predominantly through referrals and direct marketing. I, like all small business owners did all the financial management, marketing, customer services, sales and mentored and trained staff who over time were then ready to have their own businesses which was a great achievement for me.
