I work as a front desk office assistant at the Center of Leadership and Civic Engagement at the University of South Florida. I help students with issues regarding their student organization/club at USF. As well as USF and Pro-staff on any event organizing.

I work at the intake department shelter at the Humane Society in Tampa Bay. I currently work on answering phone calls, leaving voicemails, and answering emails asking inquiries about our services. I also assist the front desk staff with processing the animals at intake and entering/uploading data into our system. I converse with both English and Spanish-speaking clients answering all questions that may come in on the phone or in-person,

I worked on promoting and posting job opportunities at SpareProvider as well internships on LinkedIn. With this I partook in outreach for applicants who applied for interahip positions. I also worked on creating creative social media posts and posting informational articles about our products and countries we may ship to.

I spent two months under Katie Maloney's guidance in the Metro HR team, learing the ins and outs of the HR team and their jobs like terminations and payroll, and delving into benefits negotiation. I also gained insights into talent recruitment processes, rounding out my experience in various facets of human resources via shadowing.
