Product manager across 14 different platforms, on NZ’s local streaming service; TVNZ+. In this role I interpret the customer and strategic business needs to support the design, build and validation of initiatives for TVNZ+. I work closely with UX and readily engage in user research to better understand our viewers - the aim is to bring high value to our viewers, but also generate revenue for the business in a sustainable way. I also work closely with senior stakeholders to refine the long-term product strategy for TVNZ+ in the ever changing streaming landscape.

Facilitating discovery / delivery for one of Humm group’s flagship BNPL products - Bundll. Implementing new features to not only increase customer volume, but also transaction volume, while still providing a simple, easy to use mobile app. Working on this product is a unique challenge because we always need to find the right balance between mitigating fraud and providing a great customer experience.

- Facilitating discovery/delivery for TVNZ’s digital streaming service; TVNZ OnDemand - working on: Relevancy, UX improvements, Profiles and more across 13 endpoints.- Working with the squad to implement a completely new video processing back-end and new CMS to replace multiple legacy systems- Defining the MVP for a feature, key metrics, solution, user stories and tasks using agile methodology.- Conducting analysis of delivered product ideas to evaluate whether the value hypothesis has been met and documenting what was learned to inform future decisions- Designing and executing A/B tests for new features on our site via split.io- Working with the wider development team and key business stakeholders, ensuring thatthe TVNZ digital product strategy, vision, and roadmap is understood

Founding and developing a cloud-based mobile customer experience service for leisure parks. Built with Xamarin Forms and JavaScript, some of the features we are working on include: mapping & navigation, real-time enclosure updates, scheduling & alerts, mobile payments and analytics.

In this role I acted as a bridge between customers and the Winscribe development team. I performed scoping, requirements gathering and project base lining in order to quantify and qualify benefits for a project. As I come from a technical background I am able to use SQL server to create baseline reports and work with integration engines such as Mirth to receive an ADT feed to populate our SQL database. My role is not limited to external projects and I also work with the Winscribe team internally to improve our business processes. I worked for Datacom Pay Systems in New Zealand as a Manager for one of our development teams. My team looked after the migration of our largest client to our new payroll application. In this role I managed the team’s growth and development while working on requirements gathering and solution design. In addition to my role as manager, I worked as an HR and systems analyst where I acted as a bridge between clients and the development team to deliver a piece of work on time and to the highest quality.
