The Company's core business ethics of Quality, Value and Respect have ensured that the Company's ability to promise and deliver remains second to none in the recruitment market.Personally my role involves: •Mapping different areas of the North West looking for new and existing companies for me to approach.•Cold calling companies to find out about their recruitment needs. •Building relationships with potential and existing clients.•Selling our recruitment services to local businesses •Retaining and building our existing client base •Achieving targets for visits, calls and sales per day/week/month.•Calling companies and booking sales visits.•Attending meetings to discuss potential recruitment needs for clients and selling our services to them.•Daily ring around and spec calls. •Interviewing candidates for various positions.•Managing up to 200 staff on a daily basis and completing their payroll, processing holidays and dealing with any queries.•Recruiting for industrial and driving candidates up to Class 2, Including being up to date with all CPC training needs, Driving hours and Tachograph laws.
