At this juncture, I would like to apply the skills and knowledge that I've gained and practiced into directions outside the practice of medicine. I feel that I have skills and abilities that could be applied in ways that may offer more creativity, thus personal as well as professional satisfaction. My language skills are such that I would be especially interested in positions that would allow me to take full advantage of them, as well as my ability to assess situations under pressure, and apply problem-solving and quick thinking to develop an array of possible solutions. My interpersonal skills allow me to function very well as a team member, and working toward a common goal in a group setting is of prime importance to me personally as well as professionally. While I have chosen to vacate a career and profession that had been very rewarding, I am certain that I possess many talents and abilities that I may offer in other alternative ventures for the long-term.
